Hey Ematic, I guess I'll post something in this section like you asked :]. My name is Dakota Jones, im 16, American and native english speaking. I have very good presentation,persuading, and peoples skills. My reason to be manager is that CS is the game I grew up on since I was 7,which gives me 9 years experience of the CS community btw. I was in major clans like NWSA, and AOD. I've done many scrims and minor tournaments. CAL-I and RGA. I love CS more than anything. I want nothing more than to get some fun and serious tournaments going for xbox. I understand that this will be alot of work, but a wise man once said: "If you dont take up the responsibility,who will?". As a little bit of personal information, I am aspired to become a landscaper for a couple years once I'm 18. Then, I will persue a TEFL degree. TEFL stands for Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Maybe then I might be able to teach Ematic proper english, heh. Just kidding Ematic, your English is surprisingly good for someone who is a non-native speaker, Nice job man learning it though, its not easy
